DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  Providing customer support working with the Support Centre to troubleshoot faults and carry out change requests  Delivery of Project Services across Vendor’s for the following activities   Survey   Audit   Design   Build   Configuration  Testing   Maintaining customer documentation   Clarifying a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business   Analysing system requirements within companies and giving independent and objective advice on the use of systems  6 months duration  Westcon will spend 10.000€ in training and professionals certifications  9:00h-18:00h

Descripción del Candidato Availability of being in Berlin April and May (everything payed) ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:  Last year or recent graduates from technical studies  Availability for a full time schedule (40 hours/week)  Desired Skills  Strong team player, working with teams across multiple geographies  Objective, professional & diligent  Effective communicator at all levels – verbal & written  Able to resolve problems and deliver under pressure  Enthusiastic and energetic  Flexible and adaptable to new concepts and methods of working  Highly motivated to maintain and achieve personal development goals Availability of being in Berlin April and May (everything payed)
