Among your tasks as a key figure of your team you will: Management of the Talent AcademyCollaboration in the development and implementation of HR policies.Elaboration and publication of corporate contents related to HR activity.Organization and implementation of various events and initiatives for employees.Collaboration in corporate projects.Participation in selection processes.Collaboration of Human Resources Specialist in functions related to the functions / tasks management and other projects.Support in administrative tasks in the companySupport in welcoming new employees and preparing their admission processSupport the management of occupational medicineSupport the management of procurement processes.Contact with suppliers and respective payment of invoices in partnership with the Finance departmentSupport the implementation of recommended improvement actions through internal audits in the scope of Hygiene and Safety at Work
