Internship to give support in the Finance Department with the following tasks: Create and send invoices to our retail clients, licensees and franchisees. • Enter income and expense invoices into our accounting system (AX) ensuring that the information recorded is accurate, complete and conform to generally accepted accounting principles. • Book bank collections and payments in AX and reconcile them with accounts payable and receivables. • Check and control T&E expenses. • Support during monthly close accounting processes. • Assists during the external auditing process. • Prepare payments by verifying documentation & help to implement automatic remittance for payments. • Manage and reporting retail cash collection. • Assists in the financial statement preparations, statistical reports, and any other reports as needed (ex. uncollectible report). • Other duties as assigned.

Beschreibung des Kandidaten

• Educational Background: University degree in economics or Business administration, preferably accounting specialty. • Professional Background: not necessary. But1 year of work experience in an accounting department of a multinational will be consider as a plus. • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is a must (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and specially Excel). • AX knowledge will be an added value. • Fluent in English.
