We offer solutions to our clients, across a wide range of fields such as Energy, Health and Wellbeing, and Industry. Due to our expansion all over Europe, we are searching for an Inter for Back office duties. The role includes duties such as reception of phone calls and visitors, general back office activities such as faxing, copying, biding and support of office needs, including Human Resources, Finance and Accounting or Legal and Contracts Management. The candidate must ensure that all incidents are solved in a correct manner. The daily work will be done using English at written and oral level.

Beschreibung des Kandidaten

We require a candidate with: • Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations or similar. • At least, some previous experience on other internships or voluntary works. • Fluent in English, including technical/economic vocabulary (Advanced or Proficient level) • MANDATORY possibility to sign an agreement with any University or Academy that grants internship contract. Skills: • Team work skills using English every day working with multicultural environment. • Ability to deal with customers/providers • Capable to work under pressure in a timely manner defining priorities • Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
