Limehome is currently the second-largest hotel concept operator in Germany that is leading the digital revolution in the hotel industry. We operate beautifully designed apartment hotels where our customers can feel like home. Our suites are in the best locations in each city and are available for short trips as well as long business trips. Thanks to our electronic entry system, our customers can access their suites at any time of the day. Our ambitious team is located in the heart of Munich and now in Madrid as well. Since our launch in August 2018, we are already present in 42 locations in Germany, Austria - and this is just the beginning!We are picking up speed and don't want to take our foot off the accelerator. That is why we are looking for an intern in our architecture team for our new location in Madrid (Spain).During your suite stay you’ll:Support the product team in the creation of planning concepts and floor plan variants.Work on and support developing Limehome’s Spanish technical and regulatory framework.Lead up with the Spanish Business Development team the regulatory and architectural needs of Limehome in Spain.Develop the state of the art interior concepts together with the team.Actively visit new properties and assist in the development of these.Be responsible for the project management of all planning participations, internally and externally together with the team.Work together with the team on PropTech - relevant subject areas and develop alternative planning approaches.Will assist with the application for permits to use our future Limehomes.Be part of the new team growing Limehome in Spain.

Beschreibung des Kandidaten

Imprescindible hablar inglesYou are currently in the final stages of your bachelor or master degree in Spain or have just finished.You have the ability to organize projects, appointments, and responsibilities of the team members.You love working in a team and are not afraid to approach people.You may already have experience in dealing with builders, architects and construction companies.You have a soft spot for interior design and may already have experience in the design of living spaces.Strong control of english language or German.Software experience in Rhino3D an advantage.
