Beschreibung der Einladung Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and send invoices to our retail clients, licensees and franchisees.
- Enter income and expense invoices into our accounting system (AX) ensuring that the information recorded is accurate, complete and conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Book bank collections and payments in AX and reconcile them with accounts payable and receivables.
- Check and control T&E expenses.
- Support during monthly close accounting processes.
- Assists during the external auditing process.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation & help to implement automatic remittance for payments.
- Manage and reporting retail cash collection.
- Assists in the financial statement preparations, statistical reports, and any other reports as needed (ex. uncollectible report).
- Other duties as assigned.
Beschreibung des Kandidaten - Educational Background: University degree in economics or Business administration, preferably accounting specialty.
- Professional Background: not necessary. But1 year of work experience in an accounting department of a multinational will be consider as a plus.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is a must (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and specially Excel).
- AX knowledge will be an added value.
- Fluent in English.
