1. Deal with all the administrative tasks of the Car Fleet of the Company
2. Analyse all the information and give insights to the Finance Controller and Head of Trade.
3. Manage all the Budget/ Forecast of the Car Fleet
Responsabilities and tasks to be carried out by the intern:
- Deal with all the administrative tasks of the Car Fleet of the Company
1. Order new Cars
2. Return Cars
3. Lock Maintenance dates
4. Insurance claims
5. Create all the PO´s
6. Manage in the System the Service Recipt
7. Ensure all the invoices have been booked
- Analyse all the information and give insights to the Finance Controller and Head of Trade
1. Analyse mileage and Fuel costs to propose car swapping to the Head of Trade.
2. Telematics Control
- Manage all the Budget/ forecast of the Car Fleet
1. Plan Costs / Explain differences.
2. Support Corporate Finance in the meetings with the supplier
3. Manage Monthly cost reallocation
Beschreibung des Kandidaten Required Formal Education: i.e Master student in business administration; economics;finance; marketing or other related areas.
Language level:
- English: advanced
- Spanish: bilingual
Software´s: Microsoft Office experienced user: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Others: Preference - Experience on SAP systems.
Personal profile (competences):
- With 1 or 2 years of experience maxium or student about to get graduated still attending a university degree or business school available to run full time working schedule.
- Excellent academic performance.
