You will be developed during an individual Trainee Program which includes stations within and outside Spain. The trainee-program is individually planned with you. You will be trained in the different tasks of Strategic & Internal Projects (PMO Office) and you will take over some responsibility for interesting projects. Together with other trainees you will participate in several seminars. Working stations within and outside Spain are a 3-months stay in another country of the Business Unit to gain international experience and 2-months training stage in the SEED Campus Madrid, an executive Business School of thyssenkrupp elevator in Spain.  This program will give you a unique opportunity to get a broad understanding of the elevator business, to build up an international network and to challenge yourself to grow both personally and professionally.

Beschreibung des Kandidaten

 Your profile-Desirable post-graduate education (Master).-Willingness to work in an international working environment.-Fluent in English. Spanish (mother tongue).-Initial previous experience of 1-1.5 years.-Team and goal orientation with high level of energy and enthusiasm.-Analytical skills and ability to handle diverse activities and tasks.-Experience using project management tools will be a plus.
