We are the main full-service IT provider (incoming suite, back-office processes, infrastructure administration and destination support) for MTS Globe and OTS Globe, with offices in Spain, Germany and Poland.Axis Data is a team of professionals, developers and analysts who are highly experienced in:Analysis and Development of complete solutions for Incoming AgenciesJava and Javascript based developmentsOracle RAC, mySQL and SQL Server database administrationMicrosoft Certified System AdministrationModern, state of the art GUI technologyWhat we are looking for?We are on the search for JUNIOR TALENTS to jump-start their careers during 18 months in our new IT Talent Program based in Palma de Mallorca. This is a unique opportunity to take a giant leap from your studies directly into the business where the action is. You will be part of a motivated and energetic team that will help you grow both personally and professionally every day. We use technologies like .NET, Java, JavaScript, J-Boss Enterprise Service Bus, Oracle 11g database. The best professionals in the industry are your future colleagues!What do we offer?You will learn how to work and be successful in the technology and tourism industry. You will get trainings on the job, planned during all the program in stages in all the IT departments (Front office development, Enterprise architecture, Infrastructure, Integration, Strategy, etc) to improve the technical knowledge through our technologies and IT procedures, embed in our culture.Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to stay several weeks in one of our Destination offices in Europe, to know deeply our core business, where you can live our international and innovative environment.  During the last two months of the program, you will know the processes and procedures of our Business Intelligence, Finance and Operations departments.Throughout the program, you will have a Mentor and different Tutors who will provide you advices to enhance your professional performance and development.From the beginning of the IT Program you will have a permanent contract with a salary path.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar.English High Level.Entrepreneur spirit.Innovation oriented.Research abilities and problem solving.Excellent communications and analytical skills.Ability to work with others as part of an established team.Willing to travel
