Beschreibung der Einladung Main Areas of Responsibility:
-Timely and accurate data entry/ processing of pruchase orders customers by Cedis, Sku, etc. Where required, consolidate POS from Constumer and prepare the lay out for the billing.-Proactively, liase with customers and Sales Team to resolves queries.-Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered. Enter data on invoices; ensure proper tax coding on documents.-Work within the Team to ensure that the final weekly customer credit balance reflects an accurate position to support cash collection. -Ensure timely and accurate allocation of cash receipts. Pro-active and diligent follow up on overdue payments; agreeing payment plans with customers or escalating to Regional Managers as required.-Be involved in the design, testing and implementation of process enhancements (ways of working or system changes). Identify and suggest enhancements to improve the process.-Perform any other tasks, as given by the AR Associatte or the Credit Team.
Beschreibung des Kandidaten Functional Skills:
Organization, Accounting, Analyzing Information, Detail Oriented.Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related degree.Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of working in Accounts Receivable and or related activities.Computer Skills: Excellent PC skills with proven proficiency in Excel, desired Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and Credit collection Platforms.
