The Junior Designers at Kaelis are responsible for all the creative projects that are presented. He or she is involved in specific projects from the initial concept assigned by the Creative Manager. Juggling between various projects at a time . The main responsabilities of the Junior Designer are: 1. Demonstrate a solid design sense through each project. 2. Take design directions from the Creative Manager.

Beschreibung des Kandidaten

Ability to work on various creative projects at a time.  Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills in order to develop and present creative concepts.  Experience working across multiple disciplines.  Plenty of creative ideas and an understanding of the clients' vision An awareness of current trends in design, and products across all categories  A self-starting attitude and an open outlook Resilience under pressure and against deadlines  Knowledge of the software and applications involved in the creative process Knowledge of the market and Client needs  A strong understanding of product development and new service concepts  Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects, under pressure.  Ability to grasp changes in technical innovation across multiple platforms.  Attention to visual details  Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite.  3D software knowledge is a plus  Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team  Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere  Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, materials and layouts  Leadership skills are crucial in order to motivate and collaborate with other members.
