Research & Mapping Department: R&M covers all the initial stages involved in corporate transactions – from creating documentation such as “pitching” presentations, Information Memorandums, Mappings and Blind Teasers, to closing deals, with emphasis on counterpart research and mandate origination. There is a high degree of client and potential investor exposure from day one.   Responsibilities: -           Research of potential counterparts worldwide for our mandates. -          Creation of M&A documents such as “Pitching” presentations, Information Memorandums, “Blind” Teasers, Mappings. -          Analysis of market news and potential opportunities. -          Contacting key members of potential investors – CEOs, CFOs, company Presidents, Business Development Managers, etc.  as well as making follow ups. -          In-depth analysis of potential investors at a corporate and financial level. -          Support to our Partner network and Corporate Finance Department. -          Support with translations.   Requirements: -          Native English Speaker or C2 minimum. -          Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in a related subject area such as Finance, Mathematics, Business, Engineering or Economics, Computer Engineering. Graduate degrees (e.g. MSc, MBA, etc.) would also be highly advantageous (but not a prerequisite). -          Relevant work experience in customer-oriented roles would be recommended. -          Proficiency with MS Office tools, specially Word, PowerPoint and Excel. -          Commercial exposure and client-oriented profile. -          Comfortable working in teams and ability to solve problems and look for solutions. -          Self-motivated individual with an open mind.
