As a junior designer in our company you can expect the following responsibilities in your day to day work: Translate business requirements and user research findings into elegant solutions for complex product problemsThink through user personas to help produce storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and mockups that define the user experience on both retail and institutional productsCreate prototypes that showcase design concepts and sustainable interaction patternsFinalise UI designs with all the required graphic elements, and prepare the assets for the development teamCreate simple marketing materials that support the business development work Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers in order to ensure a high-quality implementation of designs

Beschreibung des Kandidaten

Requirements Knowledge in user-centric UI/UX and design principlesExperience with wireframing and UI creation tools (Sketch or equivalents)Knowledge in graphic design and related tools (Photoshop, etc)Ability to work in groups and communicate effectivelyResponsible, autonomous, and goal driven. Able to take ownership of your work and deliver on time. Research and learning capabilities. Blockchain space is very new and is evolving very fast. Staying on the trends is key, to help us to make the right decisions.At least medium English communication skills  Preferred Qualifications Professional experience in UX/UI in previous jobs or internships is a plusStrong sensibilities in typography, motion, interactive and mobile designAgile, scrum methodologies knowledge and/or experienceUnderstanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScriptBasic video editing knowledgeDistributed Ledger Technology and Dapp development experience is welcomeStrong organizational, communication and conceptual thinking skills as well as attention to detailTeam player and self-starter with a passion for design and finding smart solutions to complex problemsHas a collaborative mindset with strong point of view paired with a healthy dose of humility
