Offer description Job description We are currently looking for Admin and Finance Intern (with the expectation to take the word “intern” out of the name after the internship) to work directly with the Finance Manager. The duration of the internship is expected to last around 3 months to begin with high probability of extending it. We are interested in talented individuals with a high level of motivation and sense of responsibility (we are quite flexible so we need highly responsible individuals) that will support the development finance department as a whole: from process definition to promoting new fresh ideas along the way (Creativity is a must). What do we need from you? ● Be the go-to person for support in the billing and finance department ● Support invoicing beginning to end billing processes ● Assist with flow and control of accounts payable and accounts receivables ● Coordinate flow of information with our client’s billing department ● Understand the providers and coordinate receipt of original documents ● Create and deliver providers presentations and materials ● Represent Trucksters across the sector
Applicant description What should be the ideal profile? ● Good written and spoken English and Spanish and an additional language (French, German) would be a plus. You will be joining an international team. ● Analytical, organized, and data-driven. ● We need you to be creative, brave, a fast learner and proactive: we are doing things from scratch! ● See your career in Accounting and Finance (you will learn a lot here!)● Strong communication skills, taking ownership and a solution-based attitude.
