Offer description Objective: To seek, identify, and select potential Spain-based High Impact Entrepreneurs to present at the Endeavor International Selection Panels.
Reports to: Account Manager, Entrepreneur Selection & Growth
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Endeavor Spain’s Search & Selection Process:
Proactively screen high-potential entrepreneurs running companies with USD$1M – USD$ 25M in annual salesLeverage Endeavor’s network of business leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, and academics to build a pipeline of entrepreneur candidatesAssess companies’ growth potential, critical challenges, and the entrepreneurial capacity of the teamExecute due diligence processes, creating quality company overviews and detailed profiles to be used at Endeavor’s Local and International Selection Panels, analyzing: business concept, financing structure, growth potential and management teamPrepare and coach final candidates for Local Selection Panels and International Selection PanelsKeep up-to-date statistics on Endeavor’s Selection Process and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential entrepreneur candidatesMaintain records of all meetings and processes in Salesforce and other management toolsParticipate in local and international events related to entrepreneurship.
Support Endeavor Spain’s Services Process:
Collect and analyze annual metrics to measure Endeavor’s impact on entrepreneursSupport Account Manager in managing relationships with selected Endeavor EntrepreneursWork with Endeavor Global’s NY headquarters and other Endeavor affiliate offices to provide selected entrepreneurs with additional support and resources from Endeavor’s network
Applicant description Bachelor’s degree, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience (preferably: investment banking, private equity, consulting, business development, corporate development)Good business judgment: ability to identify and evaluate world-class entrepreneurs and companiesStrong work ethics and time management skillsStrong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilityEntrepreneurial personality and capacity to achieve significant results with limited resourcesStrong communication skills; must proactively network in the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystemHighly motivated, focused, creative, flexible, organized, and able to balance multiple prioritiesExcellent English and Spanish language skills, both written and verbalStrong computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point).Capability to work outside Endeavor premises on frequent basis, visiting the candidates.
