Offer description In order to achieve the beforementioned training
objectives, the training plan will be divided and focused on the acquisition of
required theoretical knowledge and then followed by practical application of
the respective knowledge:
- Attend process mapping technical training provided
by the functional line of head office – ING Global Process Management
- Attend process improvement trainings based on Lean 6
Sigma methodology
- Attend Robotics training
- Design and mapping of processes in the designated
tool, ARIS Connect
- Active participation in the process harmonization
sessions among the countries with the aim to find optimal solutions and
maximize the standardization degree
- Process simulation techniques
and analysis aiming at defining process key performance indicators
- Attend and contribute to process
improvement waves, organized within ING Spain and/ or by the global functional
line - GPM
