Context and Role summaryDigital Working is part of the CIB I&P function to ensure the customer has all required CORE infrastructure to work: Operating System Image, Active Directory, messaging and collaboration tools access, print queue management, workstation security, software deployment and Patch management.Inside Digital Working, Workspace AD area is focused on Active Directory, providing support for all related services: user authentication and access authorization troubleshooting, DNS, delegated administration, LDAP integration, etc, data management, ITIL processes.Position – Tasks & Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will join to a team responsible of AD Infrastructure and Operations and AD client side troubleshooting like GPOs, mapping issues, business data management, etc, worldwide following ITIL methodology.Will be able to participate in support tasks like:• File Services Infrastructure operation.• Troubleshooting and incident resolution.• Support on File Services Administration tasks:o Coordinate data migrations between Storages.o Automation.o Manage data Lifecycle (Shared drives, NTFS Permissions, folders, files).• Active Directory objects Administration task (Account & Group management and provisioning).• Group policy analysis, implementation and troubleshooting.

Professional Skills, Abilities and ExperienceThe candidate will be mainly acquiring soft and hard skills needed for:Data Management:• File Services Infrastructure operation.• Troubleshooting / monitoring of Data Management• Troubleshooting and incident resolution.• File Services Administration tasks:• Coordinate data migrations between Storages.• Automation.• Active Directory objects Administration task (Account & Group management and provisioning).• Group policy analysis, implementation and troubleshooting.Active Directory Infrastructure, support on:• Microsoft Active Directory services including • Authentication protocols (Kerberos/NTLM).• Integration with non-Microsoft systems (Keytabs).• Implementation & Patch Management• Scripting.• Network trace parsing for troubleshootingPersonal AttributesThe candidate will be mainly practicing soft skills like:• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Can do attitude.• Proactive approach Languajes & Qualifications• High English spoken and written fluent• French spoken and written will be valued
