We are looking for a candidate with a real interest in the banking industry and motivated to work in ouroffices in Barcelona who can join us for a period of 6 months. In this position you will need to work underpressure, meeting demanding deadlines and handle several tasks at the same time.As an intern in our Corporate Banking division you will assist the team in the preparation of materials to bepresented to our corporate clients, including CFOs and Group Treasurers of the most important Spanishmultinational companies, and internal projects and daily operations.Daily activities of an intern include:– Providing support in the preparation of client materials and meetings (trading and transactioncomparables, client and competitor analysis, industry insights and trends, etc.)– Management and coordination of due diligence processes– Performing comparative analysis of companies or sectors– Undertaking historical analysis of companies’ financials or capital markets’ performance– Research tasks on specific companies or sector trends– Provide support to the Spanish team in our daily transactions

? Estudiante de: Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), ADE + Derecho,Económicas, Económicas + Derecho, Master en Finanzas? Idiomas: Inglés y castellano a nivel fluido o nativo. Catalán no imprescindible, perovalorado? Informática: nivel experto de Office (PowerPoint, Excel y Word)Otros (experiencia en otros departamentos):– Knowledge of corporate finance fundamentals– Deep understanding of accounting rules and principles, knowing how to apply them in particular cases
