We are looking for a Customer Service
Intern for our headquarters located in Madrid.
Some of their responsibilities will be:
-Global support to the Customer Service Department.
Special focus on the international area.
-Customer Service support resolving their
questions and requests following the processes and procedures.
-Coordination with the Logistics
Department for the solitude of packages, either with the Incidents Department for
the monitoring of calls received.
Applicant description
-Last
year student or recent graduate in Languages, Commerce, Marketing...
-Interest
in Customer Service, previous experience is a plus.
-Fully
fluent English is necessary (equivalent to C1).
-We
are looking for an enthusiastic colleague, willing to learn, proactive and with high
level of involvement.
