Offer description

·        Demonstrate a solid design sense through each project; ·        Follow design directions from the Creative Director ·        Operate effectively as part of a larger team under time constraints and be able to meet tight deadlines; ·        Oversee specific design projects, from conception to delivery. Projects are assigned by the Creative Director and/or Sales team; ·        Design original products in all categories using different materials; ·        Photograph products and retouch images and layouts using a graphic design software; ·        Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality; ·        Increase user-friendliness in Graphic and 3D presentations; ·        Maintain Kaelis’ brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects; ·        Liaise with Procurement, Business Development and Quality Departments to ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met; ·        Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools; ·        Produce final artwork for production purposes; ·        Keep track of all on-going projects, and make sure the desired focus and time is dedicated to each of them; ·        Work as a team to come up with the best results. Managing time and resources; ·        Concept sketching, creative thinking, Line drawings for production and development, and basic construction drawings; and ·        Assist the Creative Director in all aspects.

  ●     Ability to work on various creative projects at the same time; ●   Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills in order to develop and present creative concepts; ●        Experience working across multiple cultures; ● Plenty of creative ideas and an understanding of our customers’ vision; ●     An awareness of current trends in design and products across all categories ●     A self-starting attitude and an open outlook; ●     Resilience under pressure and against deadlines ●     Knowledge of the software and applications involved in the creative process ●     Knowledge of the market and Client needs ●     A strong understanding of product development and new service concepts ●     Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects, under pressure. ●     Ability to grasp changes in technical innovation across multiple platforms. ●     Attention to visual details ●     Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite. ●     3D software knowledge is a plus ●     Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team ●     Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere ●     Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, materials and designs ●     Leadership skills are crucial in order to motivate and collaborate with other members.
