Offer description
Contribute
to the Plant Materials and Services team which is responsible for sourcing
projects on an EMEA scale in a heavy processing context (about 100
locations)
Provide
analytical and administrative support to the project team
Ensure
data consistency and availability
Interact
with different areas of the organization in a multicultural environment to
maintain a high level of data analysis
Maintain
a positive communication with team members and management is imperative.
Prepare
and analyse results of internal and external sourcing events
Support, maintain and design optimization of
Share Point
Perform data mining to identify potential saving
opportunities for various categories.
Prepare management reporting packages (e.g. spend
compliance, vendor score cards, etc.) on the mentioned spend categories on
a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Work efficiently on database tools, iAnalyze,
MS-Excel, etc.
Applicant description
Fluent English and Spanish, both written and
spoken
Advanced knowledge of MSExcel
Technical Degree: last years
Team working capacities and analytical skills
Open mindset to work in a multicultural
environment
Own car to access our plant in Villaverde/ Colmenar Viejo
