Offer description As an HR Generalist your mission will consist on providing support in
the implementation, management and administration of the existing
HR programs and processes. You will also contribute in the
development of new HR projects to develop and boost
the internal communication and reinforce the company
culture. Additionally, you will be the primary point of
contact for HR questions and issues from employees,
providing day-to-day information and support. You will
report to the HR Manager.
Applicant description You have a university degree, with a specialisation or Master in
Human Resources Management. You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and
relevant business environment. You show a profound interest in developing human capital and want to
become a business partner in HR (“know HR, think Business, care for People”).You are a proactive
and dynamic person
and have ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels. Fluency in
English is a must. Moreover, you are flexible and have a positive
attitude to innovation and change.
