Office
based role aimed to provide online technical support on semiconductor solutions

Interact
with internal customers (sales team) and external customers to manage support
requests originated from all EMEA Countries
·
Proactively
identify new business opportunities by using the entire Avnet Silica line card
·
Follow up
leads from various sources (internal leads, trade shows, seminars and supplier
activities)
·
Attend
technical trainings and workshops to get the latest updates from the market
·
Extensively
use Avnet Silica technical portals or other available trusted online sources to
solve technical request
·
Contribute
to the development and the deployment of new digital services
·
Language of
communication will be English
Applicant description ·
Engineering
Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
·
+1 year
experience within the electronics and semiconductors industry (preferred but
not mandatory)
·
Electronics
and semiconductors product knowledge
·
Ability to
prioritize tasks based on business criteria
·
High degree
of effectiveness and efficiency
·
Good spoken
and written English
·
Skilled in
using MS Office
·
Very good
communication skills
