Offer description Project
Budgeting and Financial Analysis
Manipulate
and update project financial projections and detailed budgets to track the
performance of the project. Assist in
regularly (monthly) updating cashflow forecast/outlook through project
completion Assist in creating and coordinating project schedules and maintaining
the process for project team adherence and accountability to timelines oAssist in
the preparation and filing of loan draws
Strategic
Initiatives (land sales, partnerships, financing, etc.
Perform research including market
studies and assess market conditions
such as development costs Provide transaction support in land
sales, strategic partnerships or leasing, including, supporting due diligence
and negotiations with potential buyers Assist with
transaction closings
Project Reports
Assist in the preparation of
performance management reports for the project. Assist in the preparation of
periodic reports on project progress or key issues and findings.
Planning
Assist in the coordination of the
design and planning phases. Assist in the entitlement process.
Applicant description Concrete Requirements
? Bachelor’s
Degree required; degree in Engineering highly desired; degree in Business
Administration or Real Estate desired.
? Proficient in
Microsoft Project, Excel and Word, aptitude/willingness to learn other
management software programs.
? Superior
analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide
creative solutions to real-time
challenges.
? Fluency in
written and spoken English
? Outstanding
written communication skills.
? No experience required.
