In the digital environment, companies often must face different challenges when launching a new product on the market to be competitive in such a way that the business must adapt to changes more and more quickly. The main objective when we launch any digital product is to cover a series of needs that users have and to make their life easier, so it is essential to be customer oriented in terms of providing maximum added value. The user is the center of any digital product and all the products that are made to satisfy their needs must provide them with an unbeatable experience and to guarantee that the user receives the best experience, it is necessary to have the advice of experts in the field integrated in the work teams of organizations.As part of the NewIT strategy @SEAT, the FS-D department is promoting usability and customer satisfaction evaluation activities to help improve the maturity of the products launched on the market within the context ofunstoppable digital transformation that the automotive sector lives globally nowadays. The main goals of project would be:· Boost the ‘UX culture’ within FS department via dedicated Meet-up events and workshops.· Perform a full review of the FS projects portfolio to identify potential candidates where UX activities can help adding value to the final products released. These reviews of the FS Portfolio shall be performed at the beginning of the project.· Perform a detailed benchmark of the latest state-of-the-art tools and resources necessary for the UX squad to be able to work efficiently.· Define the key roles that should be part of the UX Squad like User Research, UI developer, UX designer etc…· Investigate and define the set of KPIs that should be considered when easuring Return of Investment (ROI) and added value after releasing products to market.The objective would be that this trainee will remain within the FS-D team as part of the UX Squad.

Applicant description

Studies / Specialty: UX Designer/User Researcher profile.Complementary education:· Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc…).· Apps/Web products ecosystem.Languages:Fluent English, Spanish (nice to have, not mandatory).Competencies:The following applied skills are mandatory:· User Research.· Information architecture.· Wireframing/Prototyping.· Usability Testing/Customer Voice.· Business Intelligence.The following soft skills would be desirable:· Team player.· Empathy and good communication skills.· Proactivity and keen on disruptive innovation.Required Availability (% time, dedication…)Full time at SEAT premises or remotely.
