Offer description Responsibilities:
• Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested.
• Coordinate project management activities and resources.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Organizing and recording minutes of stakeholder meetings.
• Providing administrative support.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Academic background in management and construction.
• Minimum of 1-year related industry experience
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Travelling and moving disposition.
Desirable:
• Electrical or LED lighting knowledge
• Programing knowledge
