As part of
our Graduates Program you will receive paid training on Month 1 to gain
knowledge on Risk Industry and know more about Marsh.
At the end
of this first month of training you will occupy a full time position in one of
our business areas providing client service as Client Facing Executive.
Along the
program you will be assigned to a Mentor who will guide you to navigate through
the company.
Applicant description
Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Administration, Actuary and/or Industrial Engineer
Successfully completed university degree or equivalent in Business and Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering and Statistics / actuarial studies. A degree from another field is also applicable.
A genuine interest in our industry and a passion for delivering a tangible business impact
Very agile, open-minded and curious personality with ability to work under tight timelines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others at all levels
A team focus with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people at all levels
A driven, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work on your own initiative
