Objectives & main task of the Internship: - Understand and standardize the IMS translation into Shipments, ensuring alignment between both figures and a smooth process from Pre Demand up to APO upload. - Assist both SPI and SC on special projects gaining wide knowledge of the business Responsibilities and tasks: - Ensure Shipments come directly from IMS and are uploaded in APO according to SOP decision. - Analyse and propose solutions to reduce SC complexity forecasting improving forecast accuracy. - Aid on the report updating for both departments ie: Update Brandboards, Factbooks, Booklet, etc for Spain and Rest of Iberia. -Analyse competitors’ information from Rest of Iberia. - Assist in the analysis of Competitors database Activities & BAT PIR Activities (Iberia).

Required Formal Education (indicate degree): i.e. Master student in business administration; economics; marketing or other related areas. Language Level ( Oral & Written level from 0 (no applicable) to 5 (bilingual)) • English: 4 - 5 • Spanish: 5 Software’s: Microsoft Office experienced user: Excel; PowerPoint and Word. Personal profile 1. With one or two years of experience maximum or student about to get graduated still attending a university degree or business school available to run full time working schedule 2. Excellent academic performance. 3. Strong analytical skills and oriented to achieve results. 4. Strong leadership skills. 5. Talented communicator with great English skills.
