Your role and work environment:Savings and Investment tribe is in a big transformation: simplifying anddemocratizing investment for everyone. Mainly:1) Creating a simple and diversified product offer in Pension Plans, Funds and Broker.2) Helping to our clients to think about their savings and their long- term investments, so that they make the right investment decisions.All this with maximum protection to the customer and looking for being the best in class in the demanding regulatory framework under MIFID 2.Your key responsibilities:We are looking for a trainee for savings and Pension Plans who can assist in:Monitor the day to day business, creating reports and dashboards to present to the whole tribe and to share with other areas.Data analysis to be able to make decisions.Tracking of different business actions, analyzing the customer behavior and supporting the implementationTogether with the customer experience team, discover the needs of our clients in order to make them come true.Developing and execute customer surveysIs data driven and can identify opportunities and segments
