A2D is growing fast and we are now looking to hire an experienced, English speaking Travel Consultant to join our HQ in the fabulous city of Madrid.  Since 1995, Attention 2 Details has been providing bespoke personal and corporate concierge services, corporate travel services and world-class incentive & event organisation and professional programs. Our corporate clients are large and small organisations mainly from Norway, but also Sweden and Denmark and the events and programs we organise for them take place all over the world.  Our main office is based in the centre of Madrid and we currently have 6 full time employees (excluding our owners that are based in Antwerp). Our normal working hours are 9am-5 pm Monday to Friday and the office language is English which means that Spanish is not a necessary skill required for the position.  We have a streamlined, sociable and friendly office where individuals are self organising and work autonomously but are also happy to assist others when necessary.  For our newly opened travel department in Madrid we are looking for an experienced English speaking Travel Consultant with excellent knowledge of the Amadeus booking system to join our team and become a crucial element in our success. We offer some on-the-job training, but we need someone who can start performing on day one. With multiple projects going on at the same time, we are looking for somebody who is incredibly organised, able to multitask when required and with a flexible approach.

Role Specifics:  •Make reservations for planned travel, including hotels and airlines  • Create offers and presentations based on clients needs . Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed  • Coordinate the use of bonus miles and other rewards that clients want to use   •Organise large-scale events . Create presentations in Powerpoint  • Create budgets for each project  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and other issues as they come up  • Some travelling in conjunction with our events and projects.
