You will follow the 70:20:10 learning and development model which includes 70% on-the-job training, 20% networking, coaching, and mentoring opportunities, and 10% formal training.Our priority is to give you opportunities that will challenge, excite and inspire you. Through challenging projects, high-quality learning, and development programs, your 2-year formation in the Graduate Programme will be completed along with self-awareness.

Descripción del candidato

You have an MBA or Bachelor's or Master's Degree in finance, engineering, business, science, or related. You have a genuine interest in commodities trading.You have no more than one year of professional experience, after graduation.A good level of English is required.
