RESPONSIBILITIES - Processing questions and problems from users through a ticketing system - Answering queries on blogs and forums as well as social media channels - Getting familiarized with the games so you can advise players - Getting creative in finding solutions to technical problems and bugs - Encouraging user loyalty by providing an outstanding service - Contributing to studio-wide community strategies - Supporting the community managers with ad-hoc tasks

We are looking for German/French speaking candidates with strong proficiency in English for the position of Player Support Agent of a video game.  Link to the job description: https://translations.recruitee.com/o/player-support-agent-mogi-group-german JOB REQUIREMENTS: - (Near) native level of German / French - Ideally with passion and knowledge of games and some experience in the video games industry - Availability to start ASAP. 40 hours per week (different shifts available), on a long term basis - Availability to work from home - Experience in customer care, call center, helpdesk.  (Preferred) - Knowledge of Marketing, Translation, Journalism, Communications, Copywriting or similar - Basic knowledge of social media from both user and professional points of view
