The successful candidate will be responsible of supporting the research & selection processes as well as consulting projects. The principal functions, among others, will be: • Support for market research and business development opportunities. • Support the elaboration of proposals and trade agreements. • Sourcing both active and passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, referrals, etc. • Building a bench of qualified, diverse candidates for current and future. • Assistance on database maintenance and improvement. • Assisting in the application of phone and face interviews. • Support in the preparation of candidates’ reports and tracking processes. • All these activities will be completed by a general training based on management and human resources learning. Internship period: 6 months, extendable to 1 year.

Descrição do candidato

Last year students or recent graduates in Bachelor level preferably in: Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Human Resources, or Psychology. Advanced or bilingual English level. Microsoft Office. Desired profile: interested in human resources industry, excellent communication skills and strong client orientation. Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive, responsible, and teamwork-oriented.
