To provide an opportunity for a candidate to work with subject matter experts on a variety of writing and publication assignments. Working alongside our Technical Writer, the candidate will help with the creation of technical documentation for guidelines and best practises, building our online knowledgebase to provide company-wide information, as well as working with our Data Analyst team to provide the materials to predict common trends and conclusions from certification reviews.

• Advanced level of English, both written and verbal o Background and examples of technical writing, writing theory, journalism, fiction, non-fiction, editing, web writing advantageous • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Currently studying a University Degree in related field and/or within the Computer Science domain or equivalent. • Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams on projects and initiatives. • Demonstrated knowledge of software testing and software QA processes an asset (preferably in games but not necessarily) • Knowledge of test plan creation, tech specification planning an asset • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), knowledge of SharePoint 2010+ • Organised, with an ability to correctly set own priorities • Keen attention to detail with a target of improving overall quality • A team player that is able to exhibit professionalism and maturity within a dynamic workplace • A passion for video games and looking to pursue a future career in the games industry is advantageous.
