Essential FunctionsStocks, cleans, and organizes hot and cold buffet items in a neat, timely manner.Records temperatures and keeps logs of hot and cold items to ensure that food safety and quality.Ensures food quality and presentations Cleans work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware.Stores food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.Places food trays over food warmers for immediate service, or store them in refrigerated storage cabinets.Informs supervisor when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working properly.Carries food supplies, equipment, and utensils to and from storage and work areas.Stirs and strains soups and sauces.Maintains all health code regulationsAssists other culinary personnel on an as needed basisReports to supervisor on duty regarding all personnel issues in a timely manner Performs all duties in accordance with Ikos Andalusia service standardsWashes dishes, pots, cookware, utensils and other equipment when necessaryMaintains overall cleanliness and appearance of designated area of responsibility.Performs all opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking responsibilities.Assists other floor personnel on an as needed basis.Performs all duties in accordance with Ikos Andalusia customer service standards Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in processes or services.All other duties as assigned.
